Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are considered final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
  • If a service is canceled by Global Traveler due to operational constraints or unavailability.
  • If a booking error occurs due to a system failure or technical issue on our end.
  • If the service provided was significantly different from what was booked.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled service date.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations
    The following cases are not eligible for refunds:
  • Customer-initiated cancellations that do not comply with the cancellation terms.
  • Failure to provide the necessary travel details or documentation leading to service denial.
  • No-shows or late arrivals that result in an inability to deliver the service.
  • Services that were completed as scheduled.

  • Reason for the Refund Request

Once the request is received, our team will review it within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on the financial institution.

    Customers may modify or cancel their bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Some modifications may incur additional fees based on the type of service booked.
