  1. Acceptance of Terms


By using the services provided by Global Traveler (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Global Traveler is a registered trademark and is used as DBA (Doing Business As) by the company A&P PROPERTIES INVESTMENTS, LLC, a private legal entity registered under EIN 87-2743516. This trademark is licensed for use by the company WEB INFO SOLUÇÕES E INFORMAÇÕES EM PORTAL INFORMATIVO LTDA CNPJ: 10.419.496/0001-96, located at Avenida José Maria Whitaker, 879 – Planalto Paulista, SP – 04057-000, Brazil, pursuant to a trademark license agreement between the parties. Both companies share the same partners, operating independently in their respective territories.

  1. Services Provided

 
Global Traveler offers premium concierge services at international airports, including but not limited to VIP Meet and Assist, Fast Track, Baggage Protection and Delivery, Lounge Access, Chauffeur Services, and other personalized travel assistance services. These services are available at over 1,000 airports globally.

  1. Booking and Payments


3.1. All service bookings must be made through our official website (https://gb-concierge.com/) or authorized partners.


3.2. Payment must be completed at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.


3.3. Any additional charges incurred during the service (such as extra baggage assistance) will be billed accordingly.

  1. Service Usage


4.1. Our concierge services are designed to enhance the airport experience by providing seamless assistance.


4.2. Passengers must provide accurate travel details, including flight information, at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in service disruptions.


4.3. The Company is not responsible for delays, missed flights, or other travel disruptions beyond our control.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds


5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.


5.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of the service may be subject to fees or may not be refundable, depending on the service provider’s policies.


5.3. Refund requests must be submitted via email to customerservice@globaltraveler.us.com and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.


5.4. In the event of flight cancellations or schedule changes by the airline, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible to adjust their service booking.

  1. Limitation of Liability


6.1. Global Traveler acts as a facilitator of airport concierge services and is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, including missed flights, delays, or losses arising from the use of our services.


6.2. We do not guarantee the availability of all services at all times and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services as necessary.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection


7.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used strictly for service provision and compliance with applicable regulations.

8.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via our website.
